Three (3) Children - Kids Club Membership

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to an online form where you’ll provide your child’s information (name, age, birthdate, mailing address, etc.).

Please complete this form for each child you are purchasing a membership for so we can set up their account and send their Kids Club welcome package.
